4.   Curriculum/Individual Needs/Differentiation

We believe in ensuring that all curriculum is up to date, aligned with current standards, and utilizes a variety of resources that promote differentiation.

5.   Technology

We believe that technology should be integrated into the curriculum so as to become an everyday aid to teaching and learning.

We believe that service to others, inside and outside school, enhances a child's awareness of the social concerns of others.

7.   Spiritual Growth/Catholic Faith

We believe in creating opportunities for spiritual growth of students, faculty, and staff. We will embody the Catholic Church's mission, values, and vision, while educating the whole person to serve others and promote peace for the greater honor and glory of God.

8.   Professional Development

We believe in providing opportunities for faculty and staff to further their professional skills and knowledge in order to help our students meet the challenges of an ever-changing society.

School Philosophy

At the Academy of St. Adalbert, we join in the educational ministry of the Church as we teach the Gospel message, build a community of faith and love, and serve others through prayer, worship and social action.  The administration, faculty and staff of the Academy of St. Adalbert are committed to the spiritual and academic growth of the individual child.  In cooperation with the parents, we aspire to integrate religious truths and values with academic knowledge and skills so that students achieve their highest intellectual and moral potential.  As members of the school community, we guide students to develop Catholic attitudes of gratitude and respect as well as an awareness of the privileges and responsibilities of American and global citizenship.
