Created 2008-03-26 16:01

Students will be accepted to the Academy of St. Adalbert beginning in January until classes are filled. Parents of children attending the Academy of St. Adalbert must re-register their children every year. Registration implies agreement and support of all academy policies. Completed registration forms and a non-refundable registration fee must be submitted to guarantee a child's placement in a classroom.

Kindergarten Screening
All incoming kindergarten students are required to participate in the Early Prevention of School Failure Screening. The screening results will be mailed to parents, and will detail the child's strengths and weaknesses along with any recommendations for supportive activities. Screening for the 2008-2009 academic year will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008. Please call the academy office at 440-234-5529 to schedule an appointment.

Transferring Students
A transfer student's acceptance depends in part upon academic and behavioral records. Academic records for the student must be transferred from the previous school to the Academy of St. Adalbert as part of the registration process.
