Extended Day Care Program

The extended day care program is available to any St. Adalbert student in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. A low student to caretaker ratio is maintained, and certified teachers are included in its caring staff members.  Both teachers and caretakers provide homework assistance during its duration.

Hours of service are from 7:00 to 7:40 AM before school and 2:30 to 6:00 PM after school.  Snacks are provided daily for the students, and play time is provided either in the gymnasium or outdoors if weather permits.

The registration fee is $20.00 per family. Cost is $3.00 per hour for the first child and $2.00 per hour for additional siblings.  To register your child for the extended day care program, click on the form below to view and print it.  Once filled out, send the form and payment in with your child to the office.
