Non-Refundable Registration Fee (per child):
- For registrations received on or before March 31, 2010, the fee is $75 ($50 registration fee + $25 playground monitor fee).
- For registrations received on or after April 1, 2010, the fee is $100 ($75 registration fee + $25 playground monitor fee).
Payment Schedule:
Option 1 - Payment in full before September 1, 2010 receives a 5% discount.
Option 2 - Families wishing to make monthly payments should enroll in the Tuition Management Systems (see below) program prior to the start of the school year. Enrollment forms are available in the office.
Financial Difficulty
If a family is having financial difficulty -- at any time -- they should contact the Pastor, Principal, or the Tuition Committee as soon as possible. The Private School Aid Service (PSAS) Forms must be completed and submitted before any adjustment can be made. Please see the Financial Aid page for more information.
Tuition Management Systems, Inc.
Tuition payment is managed for the academy by Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (1-800-722-4867 or www.afford.com). Tuition Management Systems allows for direct electronic transfer of tuition payments from your bank account.
Preschool Tuition Policy for 2010-2011
Preschool -- 3 year old class: $800
Preschool -- 4 year old class: $900
Pre-Kindergarten class: $1,100
